Shipping:
Purchased items from this site will be shipped within 7 business days of the order, although most will be within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. All shipping will be sent through U.S. Postal Service.

Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted only on unworn and unwashed items. Buyer will pay return shipping and a refund will be sent through paypal, excluding paypal fees and shipping costs. If you are local to the Bellport / Patchogue area, and would like a refund or size change, I would be happy to meet up with you at a scheduled time. Only items purchased through this website can be returned directly to me. Items purchased at a store should be returned to that store and are subject to that stores return policy. Bottom line, if you are unhappy with any product I make, I will try my best to fix the situation. Email me and we will figure out what works for everyone.

Sizing:
If you are unsure of sizing, please visit one of the stores that carry CarlEton products. Those stores are listed below. If you are local to the Bellport / Patchogue area and can not make it to one of the stores, I would be happy to meet up with you at a scheduled time to show any item on this Site.
